Our life journeys are to live happy. To feel and be love. To grow and expand. Our journeys are living our goals, our dreams and desires. Are you living your goals? Are you living your dreams and desires?
Our journeys are made from all the little moments, moment to moment we live and experience life. The way I have found to live happy, to feel and be love is to play with life. I have many positive habits and routines that have helped me to create the life that I want to live. I have developed them through time, through trial and error of what works for me and what doesn’t work for me. I have an idea for doing to create the want in my life, and I try the idea. If it doesn’t work I modify the idea and try again. I tweak it just so, I play with it, a lot like modeling clay. You play with the idea until you get it right for you. As I look back at the moments I have been overcome with love, joy and gratitude – I had been busy playing with life. I was experiencing life as I played with it. I was playing with life and creating what I wanted that I didn’t fully realize that I had already create a big portion of the life that I wanted to live. Because I had had a new expanded ideas as I played and I started playing with that. That is what living in the moment is, it is ALL of life.

Playing with life is the constant creation of what you want. What makes you happy, what makes you fulfilled. And what makes you happy and what fulfills you will change and grow as you experience new ideas and play with them moment to moment. That is your journey, experiencing life moment to moment – even though we can get caught up in the moment of playing that we momentarily forget to be aware that we are choosing, we are creating.
Oprah Winfrey said, “The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.” Play with your dreams and the ideas that you get that will lead you to your dreams and desires. You will grow and expand. You will live the life that you want to live. You may not realize it, because you have already expanded and grown and are playing with the new idea for your expanded dreams and desires.
