judging to gratitude

I realized that I am judging myself throughout the day with many small, automatic, subconscious thoughts.

Thoughts about my routine daily behaviors and actions. My random thoughts that are more limiting than allowing. Thoughts that are so normal to me that I don’t usually take notice of them.


I am happy and grateful to be aware of these thoughts.

I can change these thoughts to gratitude when I realize them. I am happy that I have realized I am having these judging thoughts so that I can  change them.

Judging thoughts are limiting. If the thought is from learned responses that are negative or negative self talk, the thoughts are limiting you having what you want.
