what do you want?

in my coaching class i answered questions as if i was beginning coaching with a coach. it was good to reflect and to connect to my dreams and desires. it was good to prepare as if i was going to coaching.

preparing like i was actually going to be coaching will help me to move forward and give me accountability to myself.

i have questions on my mind for discovery of what i want and what i can do to move forward in certain areas of my life. i have actions that i want to take. i am aware of what’s most import to me and what my challenges to focus on right now are.

i have a clearer thought and image of what i want and what i will do in the next 6 months and the next 30 days. i know where to direct my energy.

  • who do you want to be?
  • what do you want to do?
  • what do you want to experience?
  • what goals, dreams and desires do you want to accomplish in the next 6 months?
  • what do you want to accomplish, change or create in the next 30 days?
