grab gratitude

some days i have to find gratitude.

i know it’s there – i have to grab it and hold on to it.

my energy isn’t a positive energy. no enthusiasm. low energy. no excitement.

desire to start where i am. enjoy where i am.

create my dreams and desires.

i’m not going to let what i don’t want wash over me and push me down.

i’m going to take action for what i want.

find the gratitude!

reach for my dreams and desires!

do what i need to do to reach all that i want!

i want so much more! i have so much!

i’m in the in-between. the gap. today it is a day leaning to the negative.

today i find the gratitude. i grab gratitude and hold on.

one of those moments. a moment of overwhelm, not knowing what to do. not knowing where to start, not knowing where to end.

what are you feeling right now?

are you feeling lack and wanting or are you feeling love and gratitude?

lately i’ve been stuck in feeling lack and wanting. the lack and wanting is part of the gap

feeling gratitude and wanting is good

it’s a subtle difference: lack and wanting versus gratitude and wanting. the difference is what you feel

gratitude and wanting is excitement and enthusiasm for what you want. an energy to live and experience and create all that you want

gratitude and wanting is awareness for growth, connecting and creating

what do you want?

are you feeling the lack of the want? or are you feeling the awareness and gratitude for the want?

often when we get in the gap we are feeling the lack of what we want. when we feel the lack of what we want our energy is in negative flow.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you noticing a growing list of what you don’t have? are you feeling overwhelm of what all you need to accomplish this want that you want? is your body tight and tense, shoulders lifting to your ears?

you can feel the gratitude in the gap for three things. the awareness of what you want, the growth you have experienced and the journey of the moment.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you curious about creating what you want? are you excited to learn and do new things? is your body light and free, muscles loose with flowing movements?

are you noticing what you want and being curious? what can you learn about what you want? what will you discover about what you want? what will you discover about what you want to create? what will you discover about yourself? notice what you can discover and create and be grateful.

are you noticing the growth you have experienced to lead you to this new want? where were you, in this moment right now are you living a past want? as we experience life and grow, we are expanding spiraling upward, creating the life that we want. our wants grow and expand. our old want has grown and expanded to our new want. notice your growth of your want and be grateful.

are you noticing this moment you are living? what are you experiencing? what is the journey you are on? who are you being? what are you doing? what are you creating? this moment is for you to be who you want to be and to do what you want to do. this moment is for you to experience what you want to experience. notice that each moment is part of your journey. there are the moments of your past, there will be moments in your future, right now is the moment of your present. live and experience this moment and be grateful.

what do you want? what is your gap? be grateful in the gap for you have experienced many moments to be in the gap. be grateful in the gap for you are creating your dreams and desires. be grateful in the gap for you are in this moment living and experiencing your life journey.

simplify

it’s august, the end of summer quickly nearing. the summer days of being care-free didn’t come for me, is summer here and gone already?

the moments of noticing time going so fast is when i really step back and want to simplify life and allow it to slow done. ssllloooowwwww down.

what can i let go to be able to enjoy some of those care-free moments? honestly though, i want more than a moment, i want a day, a week, a month…

i want to go beyond care-free and live a life of relaxed calm, enjoying and sharing life and all it’s great moments in relaxed calm.

maybe that isn’t really what i want. i want growth, and growth comes with challenges of getting from where i am now to where i want to be. maybe the relaxed calm is living in awareness, choosing with definiteness of purpose for what i want to create, and being grateful for all that surrounds me.

simply live. live in awareness. live in positive choice. live in gratitude. live in love.

what do you want to create?

i am going to challenge myself to be grateful – more than i ever have. to be a positive energy that is felt when i am with others. to feel gratitude and be grateful throughout the entire day; grateful, happy and positive for all things big and small throughout my day.

i want to create a habit of gratitude in my activities, in my thoughts, in my being, in my doing. when my thoughts are negative i want to think about what is most important, what i want to create, and what i am grateful for.

i am judging of myself often in many areas of my life. there is a lot i want and i am grateful for that awareness so i can choose what i want to create. but i judge myself when i’m not being or doing what i want and when i don’t make the choices to create the life i want to live.

what will happen if i am grateful for this awareness, grateful for my experience, grateful for learning and growth, grateful for opportunity, and stop judging? what will happen if i am grateful for my being, my doing and my experiencing and stop judging because i know that i am growing and will not be, do and experience perfectly?  that i will make mistakes, bad choices, choices that aren’t creating what i want but giving me instant gratification. sometimes that’s okay, sometimes it’s truly not what i want and then i judge myself.

let go the judging. feel gratitude and choose to think about what’s most important to me, what i want, what i want to create.

i am choosing to be positive and grateful. i want a positive energy creating what i want for myself and for others. there is a lot of good in my life and it’s easy to be grateful for it. there is a lot of challenge in my life and it is easy to feel overwhelmed. i am going to be aware. i am going to think about what i want, what i can do to create what i want. i am going to ask myself, “what do i want to create?”
