with your imagination you can imagine all the infinite possibilities that exist for your experiences and life journey. Wayne Dyer said, “An infinite of forests lies dormant within the dreams of one acorn.”
what is inside of you? have you dreamed and imagined the life that you want to live? there is so much that you can be and do.
i like to be aware and connected to my visions for my dreams and desires, my visions for my life goals. i like to take time and imagine being who i want to be, doing what i want to do, experiencing what i want to experience and creating the life that i want to live.
when i am connected to my visions i am able to live in present moment awareness with positive high energy, being and doing what is most important to me. when i am connected to my visions i am able to feel gratitude for my being and living.
i am able to make decisions that are positive feeling, decisions to be and do what is most important to me in the NOW moment. what i choose to be and choose to do in the NOW moment does not always give me instant gratification, but the being and doing is gratitude because i am feeling positive high energy for my choices and the being and doing that i’m doing.
i am feeling gratitude in the NOW moment because of the experiences i have had that guided me and empowered me to be being who i am and doing what i want in the NOW moment. i am feeling gratitude for the NOW moment of experiencing and creating the life that i want to live, being and becoming more of who i want to be, and doing and experiencing more of what i want to do.
there are some areas of my life that my thoughts wander to negative feelings of doubt, worry, anxiousness, stress or overwhelm and it takes an awareness to guide my mind to positive feelings, connecting to what i want and feeling the positive energy flow through me. to be in the present moment i do not worry about the how, i think about the why and how i want to feel. when i am connected to how i want to feel and the visions of my dreams and desires i am able to be who i want to be and do what i want to do. i am able to make choices that are positive and in alignment with what’s most important to me.
there is so much that i want to be, that i want to do and that i want to experience. i am connecting to what i want instead of any worries or doubts. when something triggers negative emotions i guide my mind to think about what i really want and connect to the way i want to feel living and experiencing that want. i think about the vision of who i want to be, what i want to do, and what i want to experience and imagine living that NOW!
are you being who you want to be? are you doing what you want to do? are you experiencing what you want to experience? are you living in present moment awareness?
Do you know that you can choose to be grateful? Gratitude is an attitude, and we choose our attitude. We choose how we are going to respond to any situation. We choose how we are going to respond in each moment that we live and experience.
If you don’t like what is happening, or you don’t like how you are feeling, you can choose to feel positive feelings, you can choose to feel gratitude.
Gratitude has made a big difference in my life. It is gratitude that has tipped my life from feeling negative throughout the day to feeling positive throughout the day. Choosing to be grateful from the small to the big has changed me and transformed me. As I chose to be grateful and focused on the positive, I attracted and created more and more positive in my life.
I had moments in my life that I was feeling so low, so lost, so alone and I knew that I had to start focusing on positive. It is with gratitude that I was able to switch my focus to positive thoughts. I would open my journal and begin to write, “I am so happy and grateful for …” and I would begin to list what I was happy and grateful for. Some days this was not easy to do, I didn’t feel happiness for anything but my kids. And that is where I would start. “I am so happy and grateful for my kids, the sunshine, blue skies, coffee, sitting in the sun, green grass, kids playing outside, my deck” and slowly it would expand. “my job, being able to work from home, having a home, having a car, my family, my Grandpa, going to my Grandpa’s lake home, time spent with my family, traditions.” And slowly it would expand more into some of my wants and goals, and now all the way to my dreams and desires. “my business, reading, learning, a retreat center, writing a book, living in my dream home on the lake, traveling the world, being surrounded by nature.” Journaling in this way turned my negativity into positivity, and being able to focus on positive dreams and desires has made all the difference in my life.
I began to believe and trust more and more of the dreams and desires that I wrote about. I began growing and expanding, first in feeling good and positive more and more. Then expanding, like the ripples in the water, into all areas of my life and my being who I wanted to be, doing what I wanted to do and experiencing what I wanted to experience.
As I was grateful for what I wanted, I used my imagination. Imagination activated my power. The power we all have within ourselves to create the life that we want to live. Napoleon Hill wrote, “… imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known.”

Intending an amazing day being who you want to be, doing what you want to do, experiencing what you want to experience, living how you want to live. Imagine your morning with time freedom? What would you be doing? Sharing a morning cup of coffee? Watching the sun wake nature around you? Giving your body an energizing workout? Meditating? Reading? Breakfast in bed? Personal growth activities? Imagine your daily activities are doing what makes you happy and fulfilling your purpose and what you are most passionate about. Imagine your evening filled with love and abundance. What would you be doing? Eating a delicious meal with family and/or friends? Going for a walk through the trees? Playing a game? Watching a movie? Relaxing in front of a crackling fire? Reading? Gazing at the stars? Enjoying a deep rich chat with someone you love dearly? Imagine closing your eyes at night with your heart and whole being filled with love, peace, joy and gratitude for a day lived fully!
Let your imagination go wild and free, dream and dream BIG. Imagination allows you to be open to new ideas, new creativity and more expansion. Imagination is all the infinite possibilities in reality.
