what do you want to create?

i am going to challenge myself to be grateful – more than i ever have. to be a positive energy that is felt when i am with others. to feel gratitude and be grateful throughout the entire day; grateful, happy and positive for all things big and small throughout my day.

i want to create a habit of gratitude in my activities, in my thoughts, in my being, in my doing. when my thoughts are negative i want to think about what is most important, what i want to create, and what i am grateful for.

i am judging of myself often in many areas of my life. there is a lot i want and i am grateful for that awareness so i can choose what i want to create. but i judge myself when i’m not being or doing what i want and when i don’t make the choices to create the life i want to live.

what will happen if i am grateful for this awareness, grateful for my experience, grateful for learning and growth, grateful for opportunity, and stop judging? what will happen if i am grateful for my being, my doing and my experiencing and stop judging because i know that i am growing and will not be, do and experience perfectly?  that i will make mistakes, bad choices, choices that aren’t creating what i want but giving me instant gratification. sometimes that’s okay, sometimes it’s truly not what i want and then i judge myself.

let go the judging. feel gratitude and choose to think about what’s most important to me, what i want, what i want to create.

i am choosing to be positive and grateful. i want a positive energy creating what i want for myself and for others. there is a lot of good in my life and it’s easy to be grateful for it. there is a lot of challenge in my life and it is easy to feel overwhelmed. i am going to be aware. i am going to think about what i want, what i can do to create what i want. i am going to ask myself, “what do i want to create?”

what do you want to create?

judging to gratitude

I was down and I was judging myself, thinking about all the things that I failed to do, all the things that I wanted to do and wasn’t disciplined enough to do them. thinking about the things that I want. feeling them missing. feeling the lack of all I want in my life. judging what I should have or could have done differently to not have failed and had the outcome that I wanted.

feeling the negative creates the desire, gratitude and appreciation for the positive. I  started thinking about what I want, and that turned my judging into gratitude. it changed my attitude for the day from negative to positive. I feel focused and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks instead of the stress and overwhelm that I was feeling about all I need to and want to do.

thinking about what I want created a shift of focus from judging to gratitude.

what creates the gratitude feeling? thinking about your wants – who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience and why you want those things. building the image of your dreams and desires, your goals and visions. getting the image clearer and clearer in your mind. and then bringing it into the present moment asking, what is most important now?

it’s a letting go and an allowing. it’s an opening to the God/Universe and not trying to control. it’s being aware of where you are, accepting that it is, and knowing where you want to go and taking action to get there.

for me, thinking about what I want, then what is most important to me, allowed my mind to get clear and focus on what I can do to move forward. I was connecting to myself.

I connected with my inner being. I switched the thoughts of judging to thoughts of who I want to be, what I want to do, what I want to experience, and what I can DO to be who I want to be, do what I want to do, and experience what I want to experience.

what I know is that challenge is growth. my negative feelings are a challenge to me, negative feelings are an indicator that who you are, what your’re doing is different than what you want to do, who you want to be. connecting to that awareness is the beginning of growth. deciding what you are going to do to create what you want is growth in action. habits and routines help to create more and more action.

what’s most important to you now? what action are you going to take?

judging and awareness

i like to be aware, and i like to be grateful.

so often i find myself judging and comparing myself. i need to do this, i need to do that, i’m not doing a good enough job at this, and i need to start doing this because this isn’t…

can you relate?

what do you judge yourself for falling short of, or even failing? i judge myself a lot more than i care to!

i am getting better and better at being grateful for the awareness that judging and comparing of myself brings. in my awareness i choose to turn the judging and comparing to gratitude for knowing what i want.

i am grateful for knowing where i am and where i want to go. i am grateful for knowing what i want to learn, what i want to teach, what i want to empower.

i am grateful for knowing who i want to be, what i want to do, what i want to experience and the life that i want to create and live!

what judging and comparing can you turn to gratitude for knowing what you want? who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience and to create and live the life that you want to live!

Perfectly Me

“I’m glad I’m perfecting this…”

I said this this morning, mixing ingredients by sight to make a yummy smoothy.  And right away it caught me in thought.

“That’s right, I am perfect. And not just at mixing a yummy smoothie. I’m perfectly me!”

It brought a smile to my face. So often I am judging myself, even when I am having a great day, I can still lean towards judging instead of gratitude. What more could I have done or should I have done. Ah, the could have’s and the should have’s, not today. Today I am perfectly me!

And you are perfectly you!

Perfectly Me!

Did you know that? Did you know that you are perfect just as you are?

Perfectly changing and growing and experiencing life as it happens to you. A phrase I hear often is, “perfectly imperfect”. I agree with that, we are all unique individuals, and if we were perfect there would not be any more room for growth. And for me, well, growth is what life is all about. Growth is our life experiences.

When the could have’s and should have’s try to sneak their way into your thoughts, stop them, and tell them (and yourself) “I am perfectly Me.” Feel the gratitude for being You, and all that you are being, all that you are doing, all that you are experiencing. And feel the gratitude for all that you are becoming, all that you will do, and all that you will experience!

I Am Perfectly ME!

Grow! Be! Do! Experience! You are perfectly you! Love it and enjoy it!

Breathe Relax

Breathe! Relax! Stop judging!

I want. I want. I want! And things aren’t going how I want.

Why is it that the things most important to me are the easiest to judge? Because they are the things that I want the most growth from, that I have the highest expectations of.

It seems like it should be so easy and it’s not! It’s simple, but not easy.

Breathe. Focus on gratitude. Right now, focus on gratitude.

I am so happy and grateful now that I am aware! I am so happy and grateful now that I am growing!

Breathe. Relax. Gratitude!

What do you want? What are you grateful for?

Gratitude – Why?

I’m in such a good mood and I’m so happy about it!

I didn’t wake up in a good mood. I woke up feeling down and I was judging myself. I was thinking about all the things that I failed to do, all the things that I wanted to do and wasn’t disciplined enough to do them. I was thinking about the things that I want, feeling them missing, feeling the lack of them in my life. I was judging what I should have or could have done differently to not have failed and had the outcome that I wanted.

I picked up my journal this morning and began writing about and thinking about what I want, and that turned my judging into gratitude. Thinking about what I want and why I wanted what I want changed my attitude for the day! A shift of focus from judging to gratitude. Now I feel focused and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks instead of the stress and overwhelm that I was feeling earlier about all I need to and want to do.

What creates the gratitude feeling? Thinking about your wants; who you want to be, what you want to do, what you want to experience and WHY you want those things. Building the image of your dreams and desires, your goals and visions, getting the image clearer and clearer in your mind. Bringing the image of what you want into the present moment asking, what is most important now?

What do you want? Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to experience? Why?

What’s most important to you NOW in this present moment?
