gratitude growth

how do you live in life’s challenges and celebrations?
life is ups and downs, ebbs and flows
who do you be? what do you do?
when life experiences and moments are challenging?

do you feel love and gratitude?
are you positive and happy?
do you have gratitude in growth?
in being, in doing and in experiencing

do you have love? curiosity?
do you let go and allow?
do you choose positive?
do you choose what’s most important to you?

choose love and gratitude
choose to be positive and happy
choose gratitude in the experiences and moments
in being, in doing and in experiencing

live your truth!

love unquestionable

what does it mean to you to love?
do you love wholly? completely? unconditionally?
do you love with your genuine being?

how does it feel to love?
does loving feel true? natural? perfect?
does loving feel high energy? exciting? positive?

love is many things, feelings, actions
being, doing, and experiencing
what is love to you?

how do you know you are loving?
how do you give love?
how do you receive love?

are you loving your beloved with no expectations?
do you love their being unconditionally?
accepting their being in this moment?

how do you love yourself?
do you love yourself unconditionally?
accepting your being in this moment?

love!
live your truth!

a moment

one of those moments. a moment of overwhelm, not knowing what to do. not knowing where to start, not knowing where to end.

a moment of helplessness. a moment of being lost, not knowing what is down, not knowing what is up. sinking, deeper and deeper into the unknown.

letting it cocoon. letting it surround and block out the light.

another moment. a new moment. a new beginning.

breathe. awareness.

opening. growth. expansion.

gratitude

energy

what is your moment now? what do you choose your moment to be?

one of those moments. a moment of awareness. a moment of connection. a moment for you, being present, doing and experiencing.

a moment of connection to your inner being. a moment of certainty, a moment of faith, a moment of trust.

connecting

one of my favorite things to do is kayak. i have a favorite spot that i like to go. i paddle out, enjoying all the water and trees surrounding me.

my mind wanders as i paddle. my thoughts focused and sporadic.

i paddle through the narrows and come into a small outlet that is surrounded by trees. i see green above the water, i see green below the water. the water is clear and smooth.

my mind quiets. i connect to my inner being.

i sit

i float

i think

i relax

i let go

i allow

i connect to me

i listen

i connect to all that is

i be

these moments are my time. my time to connect to myself. to be real with myself. to be aware of what’s most important to me. to be aware of my deepest dreams and desires.

it is these moments that i connect and become aware of what i need to let go, what i need to allow. who i’m being. who i want to be. what i’m doing. what i want to do. what i’m experiencing. what i want to experience. how i’m living. how i want to live. what i’m creating. what i want to create.

what do you do to create the space to connect to yourself? where is it that your mind is energized and serene? where is it that you have moments of awareness for your being? for your dreams and desires? where is it that you let to and allow?

enjoy your moments. connect to you. be.

are you being?

is it easy for you to be?

i’m defining be as being present in the moment, not worrying about the future and not analyzing the past. being present.

is it easy for you to be?

when is it that you are the most present, being fully present – for your self, for those that you are with, for what you are doing?

what distracts you from being present?

it is hard to be present, especially throughout the whole day.

what do you do to become present, to become aware?

i like to surround myself with nature, quiet my mind with meditation, journal, activities that connect myself to me.

i am distracted by what i want and what i’ve experienced. there is a time for reflection and there is a time for looking forward. those times are a time to be present for those activities.

to be present as much as possible i have routines and habits i’ve created. with an ever changing world (as it should be) i am continually changing and growing my routines and habits.

i haven’t been being like i want to be.

i haven’t been as present as i want to be. i did some reflecting and have chosen some things to focus on to be more present throughout my day.

  • meditating at noon for 5 minutes
  • visualizing what i want
  • getting outside as much as i can

what helps you to be?

what helps you to be present? what are you going to focus on to be more present today?

be!

live your truth!

firsts

what firsts do you remember?

  • kiss
  • car
  • stealing 3rd base
  • day of school
  • date

what do you remember about it?

what were you anticipating?

what do you want to anticipate now?

what first can you do now?

what do you want to do or experience that you have not before?

  • learn something new
  • eat a new food
  • travel to a new vacation spot
  • visit a new park
  • try a new sport

tell me about your first

live your truth!

aha moment

what was your last ‘aha’ moment?

did it come to you while you were thinking? while you were being active? while you were in water?

is there a common trigger for you to have an ‘aha’ moment?

what do you do with your ‘aha’?

do you take action? do you jot it down so you don’t forget what it was?

what ‘aha’ has been repeated for you?

my recent ‘aha’ moment is a repeat to me for different thoughts and situations.

to live each day as if it’s my first and as if it’s my last. a reminder to me to be curious, to be present, and to create what i want.

what is your recent ‘aha’? tell me what it is and what it inspires in you

live your truth!

time gets away

time

what is time exactly? minutes, seconds, days, hours, years. moon cycles. the rising and setting of the sun.

what does time mean to you?

how do you use time?

does time seem to slip away? how is time getting away from you?

what do you want to do in a moment?

what do you want to do in a day, hour, week, year?

are you doing what’s most important to you?

are you grateful for what you choose to do?

are you aware of what you are choosing with your moments of time?

time

how real is time? how important is time?

what are you doing in each moment, and what gratitude you feel is how you are using your time.

enjoy your time, your moments

live your truth!

balance

what is balance?

when do you feel balanced?

when do you feel out of balance?

balance is something we experience for a moment or two, and life happens, we’re back out of balance.

why do we always try to attain a balance that is unattainable?

i’m not sure. but i know that i do like to feel balance in my life.

with the different moments in my life, with the many different experiences that i live my life needs different things to create a feeling of balance.

keeping balance in my life means that i am prioritizing what’s most important in my life. one of the most important for me is being sure i prioritize myself and take me time for my body, mind and spirit.

what makes you feel balanced?

what’s most important to you?

live your truth!

gratitude in the gap

what do you want?

are you feeling the lack of the want? or are you feeling the awareness and gratitude for the want?

often when we get in the gap we are feeling the lack of what we want. when we feel the lack of what we want our energy is in negative flow.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you noticing a growing list of what you don’t have? are you feeling overwhelm of what all you need to accomplish this want that you want? is your body tight and tense, shoulders lifting to your ears?

you can feel the gratitude in the gap for three things. the awareness of what you want, the growth you have experienced and the journey of the moment.

what do you want? what are you focused on? are you curious about creating what you want? are you excited to learn and do new things? is your body light and free, muscles loose with flowing movements?

are you noticing what you want and being curious? what can you learn about what you want? what will you discover about what you want? what will you discover about what you want to create? what will you discover about yourself? notice what you can discover and create and be grateful.

are you noticing the growth you have experienced to lead you to this new want? where were you, in this moment right now are you living a past want? as we experience life and grow, we are expanding spiraling upward, creating the life that we want. our wants grow and expand. our old want has grown and expanded to our new want. notice your growth of your want and be grateful.

are you noticing this moment you are living? what are you experiencing? what is the journey you are on? who are you being? what are you doing? what are you creating? this moment is for you to be who you want to be and to do what you want to do. this moment is for you to experience what you want to experience. notice that each moment is part of your journey. there are the moments of your past, there will be moments in your future, right now is the moment of your present. live and experience this moment and be grateful.

what do you want? what is your gap? be grateful in the gap for you have experienced many moments to be in the gap. be grateful in the gap for you are creating your dreams and desires. be grateful in the gap for you are in this moment living and experiencing your life journey.

what is your gratitude in the gap?

live your truth!
