You may not be able to stop a negative thought from entering your mind, but you can decide not to feed it.
You can notice the judgment, “I should have done more today”, and replace it with gentleness:

“I did what I could, and that’s enough for today.”

You can catch the comparison, “She’s so much more confident than I am”, and breathe into compassion and self-love:

“I’m learning to stand in my own confidence, my own timing.”

Changing your mindset isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending everything’s fine.
It’s about reconnecting to yourself, aligning your thoughts with your inner wisdom and your truth.

Repeat them out loud, especially when your mind starts to wander into self-doubt. Affirmations are a gentle way to redirect your inner dialogue toward truth.
