balance is something we experience for a moment or two, and life happens, we’re back out of balance.

why do we always try to attain a balance that is unattainable?
i’m not sure. but i know that i do like to feel balance in my life.
with the different moments in my life, with the many different experiences that i live my life needs different things to create a feeling of balance.
keeping balance in my life means that i am prioritizing what’s most important in my life. one of the most important for me is being sure i prioritize myself and take me time for my body, mind and spirit.
