you enjoy a fulfilling day doing what you enjoy, doing what is most important to you and exactly what you want to do.

this is your best day and you get to be who you want to be, you get to do and experience anything that you want to do.

i don’t think there is
we change, we grow, we face new challenges
we always want balance, but with change and growth, we are always re-balancing, there is no – balance

do you get caught up in the want, want, want of life?

i do. there are so many wonderful and amazing things that i want to be, that i want to do and that i want to experience.

there are days that i am focused on what i want, and only what i want. i forget to be in the NOW moment. i forget to enjoy the journey.

wanting is good. when you want something more, something bigger, something better for yourself – it is growth and expansion.

i expect that you are a different person than last year, last month, last week, and even yesterday. you are being who you need to be for the new things that you are doing and experiencing.

some days i have to find gratitude.

i know it’s there – i have to grab it and hold on to it.

my energy isn’t a positive energy. no enthusiasm. low energy. no excitement.

i’m in the in-between. the gap. today it is a day leaning to the negative.

today i find the gratitude. i grab gratitude and hold on.
